Initiate Request
Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order ID and photos of the item within 7 days of receipt.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Kuro tags still attached to qualify for a return.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
